Refund Statement

While we do our very best to deliver an amazing online experience we understand that occasionally development bugs could arise that can get in the way of a user getting the intended full site experience.

As we operate on a donation/reward system your donations are greatfully recieved and in return we provide access to additional site features as a thank you for supporting our continued development. Please be aware that sometimes these intangible digital features are sometimes in beta stage and your feedback on these features is appreciated.

Consequently refunds for any digital goods sold by Social Web Tech LTD can only be considered for a refund if they have not been used and the following conditions apply, :-

• you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
• you bought an item by mistake
• you can no longer access the item because it has been removed

All refunds will only be issued to the PayPal transaction ID or payment card related to the sale of the digital goods.

In all the years we have run our extended features I have never had a situation I could not resolve happily. This is because I greatly value the support you offer me in this huge project and I will bend over backwards in way of appreciation for your support.
