So, we transformed this traditional process by developing an Interactive Excel Dashboard using VBA coding and excel formulas which is dynamic in nature and depicts the best and poor seller product information with a single click. With the help of the dynamic dashboard, we have developed the range for SS’22 (HIT 2). The main findings were that we can easily analyze the sales performance of the previous year and plan for the next year.
